Website Design

Your website should help someone decide to hire you

A website can look perfectly fine and still leave a customer wondering whether you do the work they need. Or make contacting you harder than it should be.

We design and improve small business websites around what your customers need to know before they call, book, or buy. If yours is outdated, confusing, or simply not bringing in inquiries, let’s see what is getting in the way.

01The customer

Start with the customer standing in front of you

If someone walked into your business and asked whether you could help, you wouldn’t begin by listing every piece of equipment you own.

You’d ask what they need. You’d explain how you could help, answer their questions, and talk about the next step. Your website should do much of that same work before you ever meet them.

We work with you on the message, page structure, and design so visitors can understand what you offer without having to piece it together themselves.

02The review

A new website is not automatically the answer

Sometimes the site needs better service pages, updated examples of your work, or a form that is easier to use on a phone. Sometimes the platform or structure makes improvements difficult enough that rebuilding is the sensible choice.

We’ll review what you have before recommending either. If something is already working, we’d like to know that before we pull it apart.

We work extensively with WordPress. If you’re using another platform, we’ll discuss what can be done there and whether moving it would solve a real problem.

03The build

What we build around

Your website needs to explain the services you want to sell, show who they’re for, and make it clear where you work. It should give people reasons to trust you, using real project information, customer feedback, and useful answers rather than grand claims.

We plan how visitors move through the pages, how the site works on mobile, and how inquiries or purchases reach your team. If you need booking tools, a CRM connection, or an online store, we work through those requirements before design gets too far along.

That last part saves quite a few conversations that begin with “could we just add…”

04The bigger picture

The website still needs visitors

Our complete digital marketing connects the website to the work that helps people find it and the follow-up after they contact you. Building the site is one part of bringing in business; the launch doesn’t do all of that by itself.

Already have someone handling your marketing? We can discuss a website project that fits what they’re doing, including the existing pages and search visibility that need to be considered during the change.

Know what happens after launch

Before starting, we’ll clarify the pages and features included, what content we need from you, and how approvals will work. We’ll also discuss hosting, maintenance, and ongoing changes so you know what is covered and what needs a separate arrangement.

Tell us what you like about your current site, what frustrates you, and what your customers keep asking. That’s a far better starting point than picking a color scheme.
