Social Media Management

Your last post should not make people wonder if you are still in business

You finished another good project. Took a few photos. Meant to post them. Then the next job started, and now those photos are somewhere on your phone with everything else.

We help small businesses keep their social media useful and current, with content that shows what they do and gives potential customers something to judge them on. You give us the information about the business. We help turn it into content and keep it moving.

You bring the photos. We help keep it moving.
01First impressions

People check you out before they call

A neighbor recommends your company in a local group. Someone clicks your profile. What will they find?

Your work, answers to common questions, and examples of how you help customers can make that recommendation easier to act on. A neglected page full of unrelated filler doesn’t do much to help.

For many local businesses, social media supports referrals and helps people decide whether to contact you. It can create new opportunities too, but we wouldn’t tell you that a few posts will automatically fill your schedule.

02The content

Give people something worth looking at

Let’s say you install water treatment systems. You could post a product photo with “call for a quote.” You could also explain the problem that led a homeowner to call, what you checked, and why you recommended that system.

The second approach helps someone recognize their own situation and understand how you work. That gives them a much better reason to contact you than a stock photo and a motivational quote.

We plan content around your services, customer questions, actual work, and relevant updates. Then we handle the agreed writing, design, scheduling, and publishing.

03Your part

We still need you involved

We can’t photograph a job we weren’t at or know that you’ve added a service unless you tell us. Your photos, updates, and feedback are part of making the content sound like your business.

We’ll agree on the platforms, posting schedule, and approval process. We’ll also clarify who handles messages and comments, rather than assuming content management includes every conversation on the account.

Want to use more video? We can discuss help with planning and editing. Video work and paid advertising have their own scope; they aren’t automatically included in a posting package.

04The bigger picture

If the real problem is too few leads

Let’s talk about that directly. Our complete digital marketing brings social media together with your website, search visibility, and follow-up. Social content may help people trust you, while another part of the plan helps them find you in the first place.

If your broader marketing is working and you just need someone to handle the posts, that’s a useful conversation too.

Let us help you do something with those photos

Tell us what you’re posting now, what keeps getting pushed aside, and what you want customers to understand about your business. We’ll explain how we can help and what we’d need from you.
