Email Marketing

When did your customers last hear from you

And no, sending the invoice probably doesn’t count.

You may have customers who were happy with your work, would buy again, and simply haven’t thought about you lately. We help you stay in touch with useful emails that give people a reason to come back, ask a question, or pass your name along.

01Your customers

You already did the work of earning their business

Getting a new customer takes effort. Once the job is done, it’s easy to move straight to the next one and never contact that person again.

Think about an HVAC company that installs a system and then says nothing until the customer has a problem. Maintenance reminders, seasonal information, or an explanation of another service could be useful long before that happens.

The same idea applies to a shop with new products, a service business offering repeat appointments, or a company whose customers don’t realize everything it does. Email gives you a way to continue the relationship.

02The message

You need something to say that matters to them

A newsletter doesn’t have to be long, and it doesn’t have to be a discount every time.

We work with you on topics that make sense for your customers: answers to questions you hear regularly, service reminders, useful updates, or an offer with a clear reason behind it. Then we handle the agreed writing, design, setup, and sending.

If different customers need different information, we can discuss how to organize the list so people receive messages relevant to them. Someone who just bought shouldn’t always get the same email as someone still deciding.

03The list

Start with a list you can actually use

We’ll look at what contacts you have, how they were collected, and what system you’re using. A list of addresses isn’t automatically a list of people expecting marketing from you.

We can help organize appropriate contacts, set up signup opportunities, and build unsubscribe handling into the process. If you’ve been considering buying a big list and hoping for the best, let’s talk before you spend the money.

04Two jobs

Regular newsletters and follow-up do different jobs

A newsletter keeps your wider audience informed. A follow-up sequence responds to something a person has done, such as asking for more information or booking an appointment.

We can discuss either, including how email fits with your CRM and other communication. The frequency, setup, and sending costs depend on the scope and size of the list, and we’ll explain those before starting.

We’ll also look beyond opens where possible. Replies, inquiries, bookings, and repeat purchases tell us more about whether the communication is helping.

Connect email to the rest of your marketing

Our complete digital marketing includes planning how people find you and how you stay in touch afterward. Email can support both prospective and existing customers within that larger plan.

If you already have new leads coming in and simply need help keeping in contact, we can focus on that.

Tell us who is on your list and what you’d like them to do next. We’ll help you work out what is worth sending.
