Graphic Design

Looking good is useful when people understand what you are offering

You can have a beautiful brochure that never gets anyone to call. Or a great offer that nobody notices because it’s buried under everything else on the page.

We design logos, ads, brochures, and other marketing materials with the message and intended response in mind. Tell us who needs to see the piece and what you want them to do with it. We’ll work from there.

Designed around the message and the response you want.
01The purpose

What is this piece supposed to accomplish

A business card, a roadside sign, and a service brochure have very different amounts of time to get the point across.

Someone driving past a sign isn’t going to read three paragraphs. Someone comparing an expensive service may need considerably more than a logo and a phone number.

We look at how the piece will be used, what the audience already knows, and which information matters most. Then we work on a design that makes those things easy to notice and understand.

02The brand

Make the business recognizable

If your website looks like one company and your printed materials look like another, it makes recognition harder than it needs to be.

We can work with your existing visual brand or help develop the pieces you’re missing. That might mean a logo for a new business, updated materials for an established one, or a set of designs that your team can use consistently.

You don’t need a full rebrand every time you need a flyer. We’ll discuss what needs to change and what is worth keeping.

03The message

The words matter here too

A design can draw attention to an offer. It can’t explain one that nobody has worked out yet.

We’ll ask what makes the service relevant, what a customer needs to know, and what the next step is. If the message needs work, we discuss that as part of the project rather than squeezing unclear copy into a nicer layout.

For example, a brochure about water treatment should help a homeowner recognize the problem you solve. A page full of equipment specifications may be useful later, but it may not be what gets the first conversation started.

04The formats

Tell us where it needs to go

We can help with materials for online campaigns, social media, direct mail, sales conversations, and everyday business use. We’ll agree on the items, versions, and file requirements before starting. Printing or production is discussed separately where needed.

If the project involves a broader campaign, our complete digital marketing lets us plan the design alongside the website, offer, and follow-up. That way, a customer who responds sees the same message carried through.

Have a project in mind

Send us what you’re using now, if anything, and explain what isn’t working. If you’re starting from scratch, tell us about the business and where the design will be used.

We’ll help you work out what needs to be created and what it will take to get it done.
