What makes our process unique?

It’s simple: We start by figuring out exactly what your needs are and put them first. Then we approach marketing as a process that must be planned out, not just as a bunch of standalone tools being randomly used.

We understand that in order to have success, you have to use multiple tools in a toolbox, in the right order and right combination. Which means we really must get to know you, your business and the product or services your business offers. Without that understanding, we would have a really hard time getting the right message out there.

We divide our process into three steps, that we cleverly named the RED process (well maybe it’s not all that clever but it works so we are sticking with it).

1. Review

We start by looking at what is currently being done, if anything, and the overall effectiveness of the current campaign. We review everything from the internal brand, the external brand, the target audience, the product or service being sold as well as any marketing platforms being utilized, and marketing services being purchased.

2. Evaluate

The next step is understanding exactly what we would like to accomplish. Yes, we know it sounds simple… but the answer is never as straightforward as you think. This process is the key in identifying the tools, audience, strategy and budgets needed to hit the expected target goals. In other words, what is the desired outcome of our marketing efforts and how can we achieve that outcome on the available budget?

3. Design

Once we understand where we stand currently and where we aspire to be, it’s time to start putting together a plan. This plan will outline the basics of what tools we expect to use and what resources will be needed. Those marketing resources could be anything from updating a website, setting up or adjusting PPC campaigns, updating the brand, creating graphic design elements, or establishing direct mail, email marketing or social media strategies. Together we will put together a plan that identifies how quickly we will proceed and what elements will take priority. From there, we’ll collaborate with you to define the balance between what stays in-house and what we take care of.
