Paid Ads Management
Paying for ads should bring you closer to getting business
If the money is leaving your account but you’re not sure what you’re getting for it, we should probably start there.
We help small businesses plan and manage paid advertising, from reaching people searching for a service to introducing an offer to customers who may not know the business yet. The platform comes after we understand who you’re trying to reach and what you want them to do.
Google and Facebook are not doing the same job
Someone searching for emergency plumbing has a problem right now. Someone scrolling through Facebook might have been thinking about replacing a bathroom but hasn’t started asking for estimates.
You can reach both, but the message and next step should reflect where they are in that decision. Putting the same ad everywhere doesn’t account for that.
We help choose the platform and approach based on the service, audience, timing, and budget. Search advertising, social ads, and remarketing each have uses. You don’t automatically need all of them.
What happens after the click matters
An ad can get attention and still fail to bring in business. The page might not explain the offer. The inquiry form might ask too much. Or someone may contact you and never hear back.
Before spending more, we want to understand that process. We review the message and destination page, discuss how inquiries are handled, and set up tracking appropriate to the campaign.
You should have a way to judge whether the advertising is creating useful opportunities, not just whether people clicked it.
What we handle
We can help with initial campaign setup or ongoing management. Depending on the agreed work, that includes audience or keyword planning, ad copy and creative, account setup, tracking, and continuing adjustments.
Once ads are running, we look at what the budget is buying and where changes are needed. That may mean refining the audience, changing the offer or creative, or addressing the page people see after clicking.
We’ll ask you about lead quality too. A platform can report that a form was completed. It can’t always tell us that the person wanted something you don’t sell.
The budget conversation comes before launch
We separate the money spent with the advertising platform from our fees and any website or creative work. You should understand the full planned expense before committing.
We also discuss what you can reasonably learn with that budget. Advertising has a testing period, and faster traffic isn’t the same as instant profitable sales. If the numbers look difficult for the service you’re trying to sell, we’ll talk through that rather than ignore it.
Need help beyond the ads
Our complete digital marketing connects advertising with the website, search work, and customer follow-up. If you need several of those pieces handled, it makes sense to plan them together.
If your existing setup is solid and you only want help with the campaigns, we can work through that scope too.
Show us what you’re running, or tell us what you’re considering. We’ll help you work out a sensible next step.
